Silenced Copenhagen uses Printful as our fulfillment partner. All products are made to order, meaning they are produced once you place an order. Please note that we do not store or keep inventory; products are produced on demand and may take some time to manufacture and ship.
 
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Costs and Times: We offer standard and expedited shipping options to various locations worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and delivery times may vary based on location. Silenced Copenhagen and Printful are not responsible for any delays caused by the postal services or customs processing in your country.
 
Customs Fees and Duties: Customers outside the EU and USA may be responsible for customs fees and duties. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer, and Silenced Copenhagen is not liable for any such fees.
 
5. Product Images & Display
All product images displayed on the Silenced Copenhagen website are computer-generated mockups and may differ slightly from the actual product in real life. Colors, sizing, and fit may appear different on screen than they do in person due to variations in display settings, lighting, and manufacturing processes. We encourage customers to carefully review size guides and product descriptions before purchasing, as the fit on-screen may not always reflect the exact fit in real life.

 
6. Buyer’s Remorse
Printful, as Silenced Copenhagen's manufacturer, only offers refunds for damaged or mislabeled products, not for buyer’s remorse. This includes, but is not limited to, wrongly ordered sizes. As we produce everything on demand, requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product, which is not possible once the product is made.
 
7. Returns & Refunds

• Damaged or Mislabeled Products: If your item arrives damaged or incorrectly labeled, please contact us immediately. We will work with Printful to resolve the issue, either through a refund or a replacement, depending on the circumstances.

• Buyer’s Remorse: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, and we cannot offer exchanges once the product is made. Please ensure the size and product specifications are correct before placing an order.
   

8. Product Images Disclaimer
Some product and model images shown on the Silenced Copenhagen website are computer-generated mockups or photoshopped visuals created using the actual product files. These images are used to help showcase the design, fit, and overall look of the product. While we do our best to make these images accurate, minor differences may occur between the images and the final product due to factors such as screen displays, lighting, and production variations.

9. Notification for EU Consumers
In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (including print-on-demand products produced by Silenced Copenhagen through our fulfillment partner, Printful).

• Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
   

For these reasons, Silenced Copenhagen, utilizing Printful as our fulfillment partner, reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
