Return & Refund Policy for SILENCED COPENHAGEN

Refund Policy
At Silenced Copenhagen, all of our products are made to order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or issue with your order. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or does not meet the order specifications, please contact us at info@silencedcopenhagen.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide a refund or replacement for eligible claims. Be sure to review our policy carefully before placing your order.
Returned by Customer
We recommend that customers contact us at info@silencedcopenhagen.com before attempting to return any products. We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges, except for customers residing in Brazil (see below). If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, you may place a new order at your own expense.
Brazilian Customers
Customers in Brazil who regret a purchase must contact our customer service within 7 consecutive days of receiving the item and provide a photo of the product. The return request will be reviewed to determine whether the product was used or damaged, even partially. In such cases, a refund will not be possible.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. Submit a problem report with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the claim is deemed an error on our part (or on Printful’s, as our manufacturing partner), we will cover the cost of a replacement or refund.
For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Wrong Address & Unclaimed Shipments

If the shipping address provided is incorrect or insufficient, the package will be returned to Printful’s facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs after confirming an updated address.

Unclaimed shipments will also be returned to Printful’s facility, and you will be liable for the cost of reshipping.
Returns & Printful's Facility
As Silenced Copenhagen uses Printful as our manufacturer, the return address is set by default to Printful’s facility. If a return is received, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or issue with your order.
Notification for EU Consumers
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (including print-on-demand products, which Silenced Copenhagen produces through Printful).

Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
For these reasons, Silenced Copenhagen, using Printful as our fulfillment partner, reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
Shipping & Customs Fees
Silenced Copenhagen currently ships worldwide from Europe through Printful’s facilities. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or extended shipping times, depending on the destination country. These additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Legal Disclaimer
This policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws. Customers within the EU acknowledge that print-on-demand products, produced by Silenced Copenhagen via Printful, are custom-made and therefore exempt from the 14-day return right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
