Shipping Policy

At Silenced Copenhagen, we prioritize sustainability, which means your order is created just for you as soon as it’s placed. This made-to-order process takes a little extra time, but it helps us reduce waste and overproduction. Thank you for making a thoughtful purchase!

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a separate email with all your shipping details, including tracking information. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location.

Shipping Regions & International Orders
We currently ship exclusively from Europe, but we offer worldwide shipping. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and longer delivery times, depending on your location. These additional fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
 
Returns, Refunds & Reshipments
Since all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or issue with your order. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at silencedcopenhagen@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll work with you to provide a refund or replacement if eligible.
If an order is lost in transit, please reach out to us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date so we can assist you.

Incorrect Addresses & Unclaimed Shipments
If an incorrect address is provided at checkout and the package is returned to our facility, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs. Unclaimed shipments will also be returned to our facility, and reshipping costs will apply.
By placing an order with Silenced Copenhagen, you acknowledge and agree to these shipping terms.
